Terms of Use

By opening, messaging, or otherwise interacting with the Yishii Agent on Telegram, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Agent. Your continued use is treated as ongoing acceptance, including of any future updates to these Terms.

The Yishii Agent is offered only to existing, registered users of the Yishii platform, on an optional basis. It is a companion tool. Using it is entirely your choice and is not required to receive any Yishii service. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Agent.

Although the Yishii Agent is built and operated by Signsbeat, your actual point of interaction is Telegram — a third-party platform we do not own or control. Anything you type, send, upload, or share travels through Telegram's systems first.

Accordingly, any data you send via Telegram is outside Signsbeat's control while it is in transit through, stored on, or processed by Telegram. Telegram's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern that layer, and you are responsible for reviewing them. We are not liable for Telegram's availability, security practices, data handling, outages, or any changes it makes to its platform.

The Yishii Agent generates responses using artificial intelligence (large language models). AI systems can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or entirely fabricated (“hallucinated”) information.

We do not and will not be responsible for any misinformation, error, or omission produced by the Agent. You should independently verify anything important before relying on it, and never act on the Agent's output without your own judgement.

The Yishii Agent is a wellness and lifestyle tool provided for general informational and exploratory use. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide:

• medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice;
• disease detection, prevention, or management guidance;
• mental-health crisis support or therapy;
• pharmaceutical, dosage, or drug-interaction advice; or
• any professional health, nutrition, fitness, financial, or legal advice.

Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before making any decision that affects your health. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something the Agent said.

The Yishii Agent is not designed for, and must never be used in, any form of emergency. If you are experiencing a medical, mental-health, or safety emergency, contact your local professional medical or emergency services immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. The Agent cannot detect, escalate, or respond to emergencies.

The Agent is an experiment built to explore a varied, casual user experience. It is a lightweight extension for you to “toy around” with, and it does not replace, substitute, or represent the professional services, coaching, clinical approach to preventative lifestyle, or human expertise that Signsbeat and Yishii provide. Where you need something reliable and professional, use our core services and speak to our team — not the bot.

We do not guarantee any level of uptime, availability, accuracy, or completeness for the Agent, which is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

If anything the Agent says conflicts with what the Yishii platform, the Signsbeat app, or our team communicates, the Yishii platform and Signsbeat are the authoritative benchmark and anchor of truth. Always defer to Yishii / Signsbeat, never to the bot. We accept no liability arising from any such discrepancy.

Please do not send the Agent any sensitive personal data, financial details (bank / card numbers, passwords, one-time codes), government identifiers, or confidential health records. Because interaction happens over Telegram (see §2), you should treat the chat as non-confidential. You are responsible for what you choose to share. No representative at Signsbeat will ever ask you to send financial information for payment matters via the text box within Telegram.

We are not responsible for any loss, scam, phishing, impersonation, or unauthorised activity you may encounter, nor for any financial, investment, purchase, or commercial decision you make in connection with using the Agent that was not directly and officially transacted through Signsbeat.

Signsbeat will never ask you for payment, seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or transfers through the Yishii Agent. Any message claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent — please verify through official Signsbeat personnel before acting.

When using the Agent, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purpose;
• attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying prompts, models, or systems;
• rely on it for high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical);
• input other people's personal data without their consent; or
• overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Where Signsbeat receives and processes data from your Agent interactions, we handle it in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Signsbeat Privacy Policy. Note again that data first passes through Telegram, which operates under its own policies outside our control (§2). If you wish to stop using the Agent or request deletion of data we hold, contact us via the channel in §16.

The Agent depends on third-party providers (including Telegram and the AI model provider). These services may change, degrade, or become unavailable at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Yishii Agent, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or liability. Being an experimental feature, it may be withdrawn permanently.

The Yishii Agent, its branding, prompts, design, and generated interface elements are the property of Signsbeat (or its licensors). We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Agent for its intended purpose only. You may not copy, resell, repackage, or commercially exploit any part of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agent is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signsbeat, its co-founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of data, profit, health outcome, or opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Agent. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. You agree to indemnify Signsbeat against claims arising from your misuse of the Agent or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
